Junior Developer

Learning is one of our values at Buckeye Innovation. We need a developer who has a good working knowledge of various web technologies and is a quick learner. Someone who likes self-directed learning with the help of a mentor would be ideal.

  • XHTML
  • CSS (including cross-browser compliant CSS-based layout)
  • Javascript
  • jQuery
  • PHP
  • MySQL
  • ASP.Net (optional)
  • Microsoft SQL Server (optional)
  • Apache administration (optional)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent work experience)
  • 1-3 years of LAMP stack web development experience
  • Excellent communication skills with internal team and external clients
  • Must have a social media presence (Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn at a minimum)
  • Preferably with his/her own website -- come on, you do this for a living

Our target salary is $30,000-35,000 plus benefits.
