Buckeye Innovation Reports — Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how Buckeye Innovation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Buckeye Innovation Reports application (the “App”), a marketing analytics reporting tool that consolidates data from marketing platforms you authorize. This policy is specific to the App; general use of buckeyeinnovation.com is governed by our website privacy policy.

Information we access

The App accesses data only from the third-party marketing accounts you explicitly connect and authorize. This may include:

• Google Ads — advertising campaign performance such as clicks, cost, conversions, and click-through rate.
• Google Analytics — website traffic and engagement metrics.
• Google Search Console — search impressions, clicks, and keyword positions.
• Google Business Profile — profile performance (impressions, calls, website clicks) and customer reviews.
• Account identifiers needed to connect these services, and your name and email address for authentication.

We request the minimum access needed to produce reports, and we use these connections on a read-only basis — the App does not create, modify, or delete anything in your connected accounts.

How we use the information

We use the information solely to operate the App’s reporting features for you — retrieving your metrics, generating dashboards and summaries, and displaying them to you and the team members you designate. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Google user data — Limited Use disclosure

Specifically, we do not transfer or use Google user data for serving advertisements, and we do not allow humans to read this data unless: (a) you have given affirmative consent for specific data; (b) it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse); (c) it is required to comply with applicable law; or (d) the data has been aggregated and anonymized and is used to improve the App’s functionality or reporting.

How we store and protect it

Connection credentials (such as OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest, and all data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access to stored data is restricted to authorized personnel and systems that operate the App. We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the reporting service.

How to revoke access and delete your data

You can disconnect the App at any time from your Google Account permissions page, which immediately revokes our access to your Google data. To request deletion of data we hold, email us at support@buckeyeinnovation.com and we will delete it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Children’s privacy

The App is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notifying account users.
