Buckeye Innovation graduates from Scalerator NEO!

This year, the Buckeye Innovation leadership team had the incredible opportunity to participate in Scalerator NEO. We are excited to announce that we graduated, and we’re looking forward to applying what we’ve learned!

So, what is Scalerator NEO? In short: it’s a results-driven program that helps businesses, like our own, not just grow, but thrive. Our leadership team was able to meet with leaders from other companies throughout Ohio, exchanging ideas and learning from each other. We participated in a series of 7 monthly workshops revolving around sales, marketing, finance, and organizational development. We learned so much and found this to be absolutely invaluable to the way we operate.

With our completion of the program and presentation of our ScalePlan, you can expect to see a few things shift a bit in the way we operate here at Buckeye. We’ve put together an action plan and roadmap, allocating budget and time accordingly, and working through our process documentation. We’ve already hired an HR partner in anticipation of our new team member additions. We’re also looking at putting more resources towards product development. We’ll be adjusting both our hiring and sales processes, and we’re excited about the forecasted growth we have for the next twelve months. You’ll see some changes in our messaging, and you’ll see us hone in on purposeful projects that help us amplify the impact of innovators.

Beyond that, Scalerator has already helped us achieve some of our goals. We were able to fully implement the 4-day workweek with our team, which has been nothing short of awesome. Since applying Scalerator principles, we’ve seen a 37% weekly productivity improvement among the team. Plus, we’ve already hired four new team members and are looking to hire two more before the year’s end. We were also recognized in the Inc 5000 as one of the fastest growing companies in the country!

We’re learning, we’re listening, and we appreciate the feedback from our team, our clients, our peers, and our partners. It’s been a good year, and we’ve learned a lot. We can’t wait to look back this time next year and see how far we’ve come!
