Brad Griffith Recognized in 2023 C-Suite Awards

Columbus, OH – Buckeye Innovation is proud to announce that President and Founder Brad Griffith has been named one of Central Ohio’s most-admired executives in the 2023 C-Suite Awards, presented by Columbus Business First.

The annual C-Suite Awards honor top executives who demonstrate outstanding leadership, innovation, and influence within their organizations and the broader business community. Honorees are nominated and selected by their peers, with finalists representing a wide range of industries, from private enterprise to social service nonprofits.

Griffith was recognized for his people-first leadership style and his forward-thinking approach to organizational growth, particularly in response to the evolving workplace landscape post-pandemic.

“My job is to make sure my team members have everything they need to be successful,” Griffith shared in his Columbus Business First interview. “The pandemic didn’t change that, but it did change people’s needs, requiring more flexibility and accommodation of personal and family responsibilities.”

As part of that shift, Griffith led Buckeye Innovation’s transition to a four-day work week, refocused his own efforts toward coaching and systems building, and continued to strengthen the company’s fully remote culture. His leadership has helped position the company for sustainable growth while enhancing team productivity and well-being.

The 2023 C-Suite honorees were celebrated at Vitria on the Square, an event space near The Ohio State University, where leaders gathered for portraits and networking. The full list of honorees was featured by Columbus Business First, highlighting those who continue to shape the future of business in Central Ohio.
