We are so pleased to welcome Manda Logan, Executive Assistant, to the team. You can learn more about Manda below.
Tell us about yourself. Where are you from?
I grew up in Westerville, Ohio and I have one older brother. He lives in Westerville with his wife and two boys (13, 9)
Where did you go to school?
I went to a boarding school in Indiana for high school and my friends from there are like my family. I’m still really involved in planning reunions and keeping our class connected. I went to OU in Athens for college, and I LOVED my Bobcat experience. I miss the campus and the natural beauty of the region all the time! I studied International Studies (LatAm focus) and Spanish.
How do our core values (collaboration, initiative, ingenuity) align with your own?
Collaboration deeply aligns with how I live my life. I think working together with others is so much better than forging ahead on your own. I love working on a team with likeminded people where we’re all focused and working towards a common goal. I value taking initiative to get things done – in my personal life this looks like staying on top of all my correspondence with friends and family across the country/world so we never go too long without talking and they know I care, making sure I see people I care about with regularity, coming up with and sticking to routines for food prep and exercise, etc. As far as ingenuity, I like to approach everything in life with curiosity, so that sometimes means my life takes unexpected turns and I have to come up with clever ways to adapt!
What do you want to learn in the next 12 months as a Technical Support Engineer?
I really look forward to learning more about the business in general, but especially to becoming more attuned to Brad’s needs and preferences. By the end of 12 months I would like to be anticipating needs, have taken on enough so that Brad and the team can focus on their tasks with more and clarity headspace, and be helping out with any operational needs for the company. I’d also like to learn more about how projects roll out, so I have a greater understanding of every aspect of the business.
What is the one thing most people don’t know about you?
I go by my middle name! My first name is Megan 🙂
